Lovely to read. Getting all our parts lined up is indeed challenging, and worth the effort! And travel works for me too!

Pilgrimage walks have always been a thing. And traveling can be like that, too.

You travelled in your life literally but you also travelled me metaphorically through mine while I was reading this piece of art that you wrote. And I recognized everything you so masterfully described. Sometimes the mind wants control and makes me suffer, other times emotions take the wheel and drive me in sentimental anarchy and chaos. And my soul doesn't know who to listen and feels torn. It's ok, we were used in certain patterns and mindset.

But now we are free to create the self he always wanted and let mind, body and soul live in balance and harmony

Grateful for reading such a powerful story 🙏

Yes, mind and emotions are sometimes like a pendulum. If one side is too much and you push it away you get too much of the opposite pole. But once you know it is a forth and back you can enjoy the ticking of the clock. And when it is 12:00h the clock gives you the best chimes. Then the circle is closed and ready for the next round. 🤗

Thank you for the feedback. Wanted to write it like a journey, as a real journey more or less helped me uncover all this.
