And I found male managers much more even tempered. Those women had less confidence like they had to prove they were tough, not necessary.

As a man I found it way easier to work with men around…. but it also is not much fun when there are only men…. woman often bring a little bit of warmth and balance but also have to cope when there are too many women around. In other words… it can be tricky…

My husband was an astounding manager for 35 years. Quiet confidence with individual employees in private is a dignified way of respectfully motivating employees not in front of otters. The soft spoken truth trumps any type of abuse or embarrassment in front of others every time. Willingness to demonstrate process, like not afraid of doing the work as an example. My husband was loved by all subordinates and he garnered more productivity from most of his employees because most employees want to do a good job, learn and excel.

I had my fill of rude managers and was actually told by an HR Director that if they fired all their bad managers they would end up with 3% of managers left. Thankfully I found my niche and excelled the last 20 years of my career.

Well… often the founders / top manager establish the company culture. And yes… when things go too capitalistic… it quickly can become a slave like environment… have seen many cases for that as in some countries there are no policies to stop at least the very worst managers can do…

Yep, many people want to grow or at least do a decent job.

Sometimes all it takes is to keep the basket clean. One toxic team member can ruin so much… and reason can be various… often they are just in the wrong place…

Yes, the water is the source of life after all, it's life. It finds the way, it shows the way.

The calm power(female archetype)...which creates balance in its coexistence with the strength of the thunder (male archetype).

Yes, needs both. Too much feminine also not good... because there will also be elements that take advantage of that.

Maybe it is always like a pendulum and equilibrum is rather lucky case.

It's not always the same proportions or in equal quantities. Sometimes needs more feminine, sometimes more masculine. Yes, it is like a pendulum or a wave. Life knows what is the right analogy each time.
