Extremely helpful...so far it was dreams (I mean nightmares) that jolted me awake. And I was only trying to reason with myself "it was just a bad dream" but this never helped. Now I know why. Thank you so muchβ™₯️

Well in the end it is just bad dreams. But I guess when we process trauma we are just more vulnerable and then the mind races easily and makes the drama bigger than it usually would be.
