Beautiful insights Tim. I like how you say that healing happens in the body and we just need to get out of the way. Of course there are obvious things we can do - breathe, practice gratitude, hold on when the bad material takes over, get therapy, allow movement in the direction your heart tells you, etc. But the quiet timing of it all - yep - I’m learning to embrace the mystery. 🙌🏻🩷

Yes, you can do many things to support the healing... much like you can do with a physical wound. The whole process tho is often a bit like magic... you won't know how long it will take and what the results will be like.

In my case, I was often already there.. before knowing. I guess for outsiders easier to see how much you have changed, especially when they have been through a similar process themselves.

I have just seen this. I would have preferred to have seen it earlier - but I saw it at a magical moment; it was both synchronous and hopeful. You are doing a wonderful job, with your healing -but analytical writing. I'm also glad I'm learning (trying) German despite the weighty and lengthy words.

Have more or less just written it 😅

Glad it carried some magic to you.

German by the way is not really that difficult. Pronouncing it right is actually simpler than english with all its exceptions. Reading classic philisophers with long sentences and complex grammar is a different story tho... even a headache for me..

Words like the ones you wrote are nourishing and evolving the soul. Thank you for writing them. We all need the magic.

Thank you for your lovely and supportive feedback.

Fully agree... we all need more magic... it's what brings sparks to life. And by definition we don't know how magic works. And that's probably the reason why it excites us as if we were still little innocent children.
