Standing ovation, absolutely. And cheering. And flowers.

And a little sadness for this being the last part...

"Notes to Myself" became indeed notes to myself, to herself, to himself...

Thank you so much for them.

I agree we need to trust our skill. Unfortunately, life has thrown a lot of shit at me lately - mainly difficulty finding suitable employment.

I don't know why it often "has" to be like that... several times I thought my life totally broke apart. And in a way it did...

But those were also times when I was ready to give up and accepted life as it was. Guess what I really gave up was my resistance. Sometimes when you are at a point where you don't mind anymore, change happens... and then it's literally something is breaking through you.

Thanks Tim, I enjoyed your series of "Notes to Myself" posts. There is much I nod along with and relate to. As you said, the older we get the less energy we have for drama. So very true.

Btw, I looked up the Grey Rock Method you referenced in a previous reply and it will be helpful to implement as needed, thank you!

Thank you for your sweet and kind feedback.

The Grey Rock method was "invented" by the military initially. They wanted captured soldiers to be prepared for enemy interrogations. And the best seemed to be as boring as possible.
